Lindsay was fast and very communicative with us throughout the whole process.
If she was busy she would still make time to assist us at all hours. We failed to sell our house in January but still spent a good amount of her time looking for houses before we realized our current house would not sell. So when we contacted her in early June, she picked right back up and helped us get the house we dreamed of getting. Lindsay was 100% amazing.
I was a nervous first time home buyer and spent a lot of time reading reviews to find the perfect agent. The effort paid off! Lindsay spent all the time answering my questions, and I had a lot of them. I was moving from Toronto to London and had limited openings for showings. Lindsay not only arranged all the showings (during covid no less) but also took the time to look for those little things only a top-notch realtor would notice. I never felt pressured to make a decision and ended up seeing 16 properties before the right one came around. She would have seen 100 more if that is what it took. She helped me get an amazing mortgage broker and a real estate lawyer. She has also taken the time to answer my MANY questions after buying.
